IICSI Welcomes Marie Zimmerman

IICSI is proud to announce that Dr. Marie Zimmerman has joined the IICSI staff team in Guelph in the part-time role of Community Engagement Officer, Research and Partnerships. Marie has worked as both a festival director and an academic for over twenty years; she is one of the founding members of the Guelph Fab 5, a collective of local arts festivals. She has also been the editor of a scholarly journal, the executive editor for a Canadian publisher, a creative writing teacher, and a freelance writer. Along with her contributions to IICSI, Marie continues her role as Executive Director of Guelph’s Hillside Festival.
