Daniel Oore composes, performs, and records with musicians like Jerry Granelli, Julian Priester, and Dan Weiss. He acts, clowns, dances, and choreographs in collaborations with 2b Theatre, Cory Bowles, Alain Trudel, and Sara Shelton Mann. He researches and teaches as a Postdoctoral Fellow with the International Institute for Critical Studies in Improvisation (IICSI) at the Memorial University of Newfoundland, and as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Toronto, where he was previously a Bombardier Fellow and a recipient of the Faculty of Music’s Graduating Award and teaching award. Dani works across North America, Europe, and Australia. 

Current projects include: Genocide and Improvisation : Listener and Teller, a performance-talk exploring intergenerational transmission of trauma and its transcendence, with Irene Oore; Dan BnB, an improvised film/series exploring new-age personal growth, with Jasmine Oore; and music technology research with Sageev Oore.
