Paula Weber (IICSI-funded MFA student) presented an improvisation-based performance, founded on her final project, at the U of Regina “Man Up Against Violence” week, March 2018. Paula’s work deals with improvisation and the Afro-Brazilian martial art capoeira as means of developing self-confidence and improved communication, while exploring the difficulties of gendered violence
