The city of Percé is a large rural area of 430 km² which includes the communities of Prével / St-Georges-de-Malbaie, Barachois, Coin-du-banc / Bridgeville, Val d’Espoir, L’Anse-à-Beaufils, Cap d’Espoir and the village of Percé, which alone concentrates the most important tourist industry in eastern Quebec.
