Fondation Daniel Langlois

Established in 1997, Fondation Daniel Langlois is a private charitable organization with international scope.

The Foundation aims to advance human knowledge through support for research in the arts, science and technology fields. The questioning and exploration of our interdependence with our increasingly ubiquitous technological environment is at the heart of the foundation’s approach.

On the one hand, the foundation is raising a critical awareness of the consequences of technology for us and on our natural and cultural environment. On the other hand, it advocates scientific research and the exploration of aesthetics that testified to the evolution of the environments we shape.

Since 2015, the Daniel Langlois Foundation has focused its commitments and financial support for scientific and technological research in the fields of conservation and protection of natural environments, energy self-sufficiency through renewable energy sources (solar, etc.) and integration of new resilient technologies into emerging communities and countries.
