Christian Riegel

Christian Riegel teaches Canadian literature, health and medical humanities, Holocaust writing, and creative writing. His creative work has appeared in numerous literary magazines, including Grain, Flood Quarterly, Gaspereau Review, and New Delta Review. He is co-director of the Interactive Media, Poetics, Aesthetics, Cognition, and Technology (IMPACT) Lab, located at Innovation Place on the University of Regina campus. The lab’s focus is on collaborative interdisciplinary research relating to eye tracking technology and digital tools, with a particular emphasis on disability and technology. He has received funding from the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC). He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), a UK-based organization dedicated to social progress and development.
