Tina Piper

Tina has been a professor at McGill University’s Faculty of Law since 2006. She studies the way that communities and individuals use, abuse, reshape and ignore intellectual property law in the course of their creative activities. Her most recent publication is a book, co-authored with Laura Murray and Kirsty Robertson, entitled Putting Intellectual Property in its Place: Creative Labour and the Everyday to be published by Oxford University Press in December 2013.
